6 session Change 4U Program. Firstly we need to know your numerology then we look at your goals . We look at what's holding you back at the moment, patterns keep reoccurring, then we work together over 6 sessions to clean up your mind, your body and your home to achieve everything you want. You have the choice of either working in a group session or individually.
