Change4U coaching comes from a totally different perspective which puts you in charge.

There are six sessions which will be held every two weeks. You have the choice of either working in a group session or individually with one on one. The group sessions are either online, phone or in person. When you work one on one you can work either in person or you can work via email and phone. The email and phone works well for those who do not live close to where the courses are held.

Each week I will take you through action steps to create change in your life. You will learn how your enviornment affects you and your performance. You will learn presence. You will learn techniques to create focus for the mind and the body. You will learn the different areas of the home and how they affect you. You will also learn about colour, colour combinations and how the different rooms in the home relates to the chakras of the body and how they connect to create change for you.

You will learn about yourself through your personal numerology. What makes you positive and what makes you negative. You will learn what colours will bring out the best and what colours will bring out the worst.

With each session there is education and then there are action steps for you to take.

After each session you will have a colour to work with, a set of tasks to complete before the following session. The course teaches you discipline, the power of the mind, your environment and fun action steps to put you on track with your life.

First you will receive a report on your numerology including the energy of your name and signature

You will then learn each week how your environment affects you subconsciously. You will learn what each section of the homes represents and each session you will be given a task to work with on your home

You will learn how to work with colour and colour combinations and how colour and really influence your life.

You will learn how to analyze your environment and watch for signs each day that will give you answers to the questions that you have.

I will teach you how to work with the power of the mind, how to work with affirmations and the power of walking.

You will have a set of action steps to take over the two or three week period

Your first session is a personal session with Chris by phone to work on your goals for the course. Your following five sessions are group sessions.
